How do i create a module for Humhub Social Network Kit?

Im currently working with Humhub Social Network Kit. Every Member in the Space have access to the files.

I need restrictions like this:

Group | Users | Permission

1. Admin | admin | access to all files

2. Members | member1, member2, member3 | access to all member files

3. Customers | customer1, customer2 | access just to own files

How can i build up a module for Humhub? I taking a course for Laravel 5 right now, will this help me?
