how can create jquery or javascript form in Laravel 5.2

I need a create form with data input box, html editor and some options values selection in My laravel app. I need first show only input box in the form then when I select cursor in the box and enter first value to the box I need show other form items(html editor,option value selection etc) below to the input box. what is the best technology for that (jquery/javascripts). and give some example tutorials
