Most secure RBAC, authorization methods

Which of these do you think are the most secure: ENTRUST, LaRBAC, Gates & Policies(Laravel Docs), GUARDIAN, Authorize Middleware (Laravel Docs), LARAVEL-ACL, BOUNCER, SHINOBI, SENTINEL, SENTRY? If you have any other secure suggestions, I would be more than happy to hear them.
