Undefined variable _GET and other

Windows - XAMPP - PHP7 - LARAVEL framework

Sometimes I get the error. My PHP does not see superglobal variables.

We are talking about the arrays themselves and not about the indexes in them

I don't know what it is. superglobal variables should always be visible.
