How to convert multiple Addresses to lat. and lng. using Google API and Laravel

I have a database with over 10k addresses and every day there are 2-5 addresses added. The problem is the db.table don't provide the lat. and lng. columns. Do have anybody an idea how can i upate the table with lat. and lng. ? My first idea was geocoding with Google API. It can be changed over a long period of time, because with the free api i get "only" 2500 queries per day. And than i should write a cron job that updates the new addresses. After that i have to set the markers to the google api map. I would do this all with Laravel. My question is do have anybody a good tutorial or guid for this ? I know this is very specific problem but maybe i have some luck.
