laravel view blade cannot be edited

I am using laravel 5.1 and I am having some problem in views, I cannot edit the links,html tags etc..,I tried to ctrl + F5 still not working.it remains the same.I tried to vagrant halt but no luck. I don't know what is wrong with my files.
