Access to Artisan CLI in lavarel 5 at openShift

I've deployed lavarel 5 into OpenShift and now it works well. Yet, how can I have an access to executing Artisan CLI?

Particullary I want to use Artisan CLI for generating DB tables out of the models that I've created.
