How to validate date format "D M d Y h:i:s \G\M\TO (T)" in laravel 5?

I have used validation rule of laravel $rules = ['date' => 'date_format:D M d Y h:i:s \G\M\TO (T)'];

and when I pass date "Thu Mar 03 2016 12:16:05 GMT+0530 (IST)" Validation show "The date does not match the format D M d Y h:i:s \G\M\TO (T)"
