Laravel 5.2 blank page in GoDaddy

I have Linux hosting with cPanel in GoDaddy. Blank page appears. Same problem I have after installing Laravel on localhost. But it's easy to fix, only need to chmod -R 777 storage and bootstrap/cache. Same thing I did in cPanel->File manager: Also I have switched to php 5.5 version in cPanel (and checked minor version, it's 5.5.14), and for Laravel 5.2 necessary 5.5.9. No errors in log file. And seems mod_rewrite is working if we see blank page (because there is no 404 error..)

But still blank page appears.

Please help!
