Calling a member function of child class and show child class view in parent class view

I am working with Laravel 5. I want to develop a php application which will have forum, blogs and videos. I want to develop it in such a way that any user can simply add plugin to modify some piece of area in application. For example if some user wants to add dislike button along with like button, he will simple add the plugin of dislike button which will have its own controller, views. And our main application will automatic use its controller and view and will show a dislike button along with like button. Can you give me any suggestion.
