Warning: require bootstrap/autoload.php

I have 2 different websites on one server. They are two totally seperate Laravel5.3 projects and are working under two different directories. I uploaded them both a few days ago and everything was working fine.

Today I tried to open these websites and both are showing:

Warning: require(//../bootstrap/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /index.php on line 22

Warning: require(//../bootstrap/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /index.php on line 22

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '//../bootstrap/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/:/usr/local/php/pear7') in /index.php on line 22

I updated composer on local, uploaded all the files once again but the projects are still showing the same errors.

I can see the /bootstrap/autoload.php file in both projects.

What happend?
