Redirect Front page after redirected in backend

I redirect an api in Laravel to an external link but when i want use that api on angular page error shows :

 XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://link. Redirect from 'http:/link' to 'https://www.link' has been blocked by CORS policy: Request requires preflight, which is disallowed to follow cross-origin 

I want when api redirected in laravel with below code ,my angular page http://ift.tt/2mrTG4R also to be redirect:

 return $gateway->redirect();
