Configurate spinner loading in laravel 5 when form submiting

How could I implement or add to my APP a spinner (loading ...) when I make requests to my controllers from form submiting. ? Not using ajax, since with ajax I have already implemented it through ajaxSetup globally within my APP and it works fine.
