Heroku error: git push heroku master

I am working with laravel and I am trying to work with Heroku however an error appears when I try to git push the code:

1) Install the Heroku CLI (DONE)

2) Execute...

$ heroku login

$ cd my-project/

$ git init

$ heroku git:remote -a jaquenews

$ git add .

$ git commit -am "make it better"

$ git push heroku master <--- PROBLEM :S
