Error while updating Array to database in Laravel

I have following array as a response, I am getting difficulties while adding this to two different row of table my_status on basis of test_id in laravel.

{
test_id: ["4", "6"], 
remarks: "Same as before", 
status: "2", 
place: "hotel"
}

remarks, status and place's values are same for two different rows ON test_id.
