Laravel - best way to make categories with differents features

I have project in Laravel and I have problem. I have a category that I add to the project from the admin panel, but the problem is that I need every category to be treated differently. E.g. I have a category of cars, I need to be given the attributes of performance, color, year of manufacture, And I have a category of clothing where I need color, size, kind. How can I prove to create my own features for every category? And how could look database? I only know it's necessary to store every feature in the databases. Or do I create a spreadsheet when creating a category and there its individual features? Please advice me for the best solution
