How To Check If Given Email Was Real ( Valid or Invalid)? - Laravel

I have a scenario where I need to check that if given email is real or not. Do we have any packages in Laravel to check this process or any idea how to build it from scratch?

I wanted to verify if the given email is really valid or not if it is valid i can trigger an email else I can skip email.
