Laravel : where to save plain php code?

Migrating from plain php code to Laravel I'm wondering where to put some pages.

For example I had a php page (~160 lines) I want to use which generates a pdf. Where should I put it's code?

I started to do it in a route but it's getting messy. I could think of a dedicated controller but I don't think it appropriate either. What would be the best practice?
