Laravel Workflow: Call Google Search Console API

Please guide me through the typical workflow on "how to use an api in laravel".
In this case just some analytics data from Google Search Console.

Goal: Display the "Click through rate" from the Search Console for every given Keyword. Hyphen if the wanted Keyword wasn't found in Search Console.

Problem: I do know laravel a bit and like Eloquent, but have never called an API myself.

Question: Is it possible to run queries like Eloquent "against Google"? Where to start?

Like

1. download and save files in folder X,
2. set up dependencies in file Y,
3. fire command autoload in console,
4. use the new files like so in file Z and
5. run the listed methods from API documentation.
