Laravel Queues and 'max_user_connections' Error

I have implemented database queue on a shared hosting using cron job

/usr/local/bin/ea-php70 /home/path_to_artisan/artisan queue:work --queue=high,default >/dev/null 2>&1

Everything works fine. But after some 1 or 2 hours start getting 'max_user_connections' error when I try to login.

Is this is the correct way to run a queue on shared hosting account
