OneLogin SAML Test Connector (IdP w/attr) localhost error "The page you were looking for doesn't exist."

I am in the process of testing SSO + Laravel app + other 3rd party apps.

I have followed the OneLogin tutorial. I am also using the Laravel 5 - Saml2 package.

When I try to test the login from OneLogin I get a message that

The page you were looking for doesn't exist...

Am I getting the message because I am running the app from a local server (vagrant box)?

Or is it related to an incorrect setup?
