PHP Scripts/Laravel running VERY slow

Today we had more users than the normal, avarage 50˜60 users online at the same time, and for my surprise now the scripts are running VERY VERY slow (around 10˜15 seconds for logging in), i've disabled all firewalls and we are using an DigitalOcean droplet with 16gb ram and 4CPU, we really need help, our business is growing fast and we depend on our website, heres a screen from "top" command.

We already tried cleaning laravel cache. Please, any help will be appreciated.
