Can anyone explain this database notification error?

Can anyone explain to me this error, by the way, i'm using a database notification so this will just return ['database']. This is my error "Call to undefined method Illuminate\Notifications\Channels\MailChannel::limit()" however in my database (notification table to be exact) the values were correctly put/inserted inside my notification table.enter image description here
