Error In Php desktop application after change the path

Now I Have An Error In Laravel "File_put_content" The File Is Not Found I've Created That Project And Use PHPDesktop To Made it As A Desktop Application And It worked, But After Change The Project directory it gave me that Error , How Can I Solve That To Use It At Any PC Without The Source Code Folder And Thank U ^_^
