How to get the # part of an url in Laravel? [duplicate]

I'm trying to build a login flow in my application. However, when the user is redirected back to me, the url will look like this:

https://mywebsite.com/social/login#access_token=ey1234abcd5678efgh

How can I retrieve the access_token in Laravel? I already tried doing it using Request and then functions like fullURL(), segments() or query(). But it seems invisible to Laravel.
