Digitalocean droplet ubuntu 18.04 phpmyamin laravel 5.8 notifications send problem. Using gml smtp

I'm using laravel 5.8, Laravel auth system and I sending mails using laravel notifications. Email sending was provided smoothly in localhost, but when I upload it to the server, I started to get an error in sending e-mail.
