Is there anybody can run this laravel project? [closed]

I found a plugin for creating interactive videos and more educational content on some platforms like wordpress, drupal, moodle, blackboard. But i want use this project on my own project. H5P said like that "we don't have project for native project but if you want you can write on your own with use our php libraries with looking our plugins which is already exist". I am trying to code with looking to their wordpress plugin but it's not easy. Someone on github created project with laravel but i can't run it, it not working truely or i couldn't.
