Access denied for user 'username@localhost' in laravel migration centos nginx server

I had a access denied problem in laravel migration in centos nginx server. All database credentials are correct and already tried php config:cache, php config:clear, php cache:clear. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone advise me ?
