Laravel, upload error: POST Content-Length

I'm trying to upload a video to the public folder, but this error is showing up and I'm not able to resolve it: POST Content-Length of 46152330 bytes exceeds the limit of 41943040 bytes in Unknown on line 0

I already changed the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in php.ini to 300M

Does anyone know what's missing?
