Whoops, looks like something went wrong in laravel 5.8

I have application devloped by Laravel 5.8. And i get message Whoops, looks like something went wrong. If the form content juste : input and image => no probleme If the form content input and image and textarea => Message Whoops, looks like something went wrong I try to set APP_DEBUG = True and clear cache, but the errors are still not visible. And i dont have any element in LOG.

Any one help me, bcs the project is on production
