Laravel 5.1 Yajra/Oracle Library TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified

I install laravel 5.1 and Yajra 4.1.0 Oracle library into a PHP7-fpm, Nginx.

After write a .env file with the database credentials i have this error message: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified

A simple PHP script using oci_connect and the same database credentials connects into the database.

Is there a necessary extra step to connect Laravel 5.1 with Oracle ?
