ٔLaravel 5.0 - Multi Table Authentication - Suggestions Requested

Ok, I am in a fix. I am working on an application , where multiple authentication is required. The application is both web and android based.

• Table => control (It has users acting as the administrator of the
  application)
• Table => devices (multiple devices. access given to log on to app via MAC address)
• Table => users (they can log on via "Active" device to the app. authentication is done to move forward to app).

Can some one please help me out , how to implement this. Control table users can switch devices "Active" or "Disabled". they can also do the same with users.
