Average Time and Traffic use for Laravel Eloquent

I am using Laravel and PSQL database. In most of my web app, I interact(create/update/delete) with my database a lot. But those transaction only happened when the user perform those tasks.

My boss asked me, how often do I make a database transaction ? What is the average bandwidth for that ?

How do I find that out ? Is this something that I can see in the database ?

Is there any tools / plug-ins that can tell me the average time and traffic use between portal and database ?
