how can i store and then retrieve multiple receiver_id in a single row in laravel?

I am sending multiple emails in laravel. Now I want to store sender_id and receiver_id in database. One user can send emails to many people that's why for a sender_id there are multiple receiver_id, and I want to store them in a single row. So how can I do this? And How can I retrieve receiver_id?
