LARAVEL HTTP HEADER IN VPS

hello i have problem with my website my website is uploaded to webhosting server and was working very well then i bought new domain and new vps server with VHM and install the same site in the server but i start to have problems the problem is i cant have cookies or sessions cookie in the vps site the header of the working website looks like this

` in new server im missing the cookies so my login and else not working im using php 5.6 apache 2.4 and WHM and CPANEL and laravel codes so i need my cookies back :(
