Laravel Project after git push

I am new in using git for version control. I've recently push my project using git. But after that, my local project is not working. Typing mbhs.dev/login will redirect me to my project's login page, but it fails after making the git push. php artisan also now fails telling Could not open input file: artisan, also composer install/update also fails displaying

Composer could not find a composer.json file in C:\xampp\htdocs\mbhs

I checked my composer.json file and it still has the default values.

in pushing my project to git I followed the instructions for cmd after creating the repo in my github account.
