Nothing to publish for tag []

i try this commands in ubuntu to complete install for laravel5/php with linux this for Appzcoder and its not work

 /var/www/laravel5$ php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Appzcoder\CrudGeneratorServiceProvider" 

but i got this

Nothing to publish for tag [].

i did this

php artisan config:clear

and also this

php artisan vendor:publish

but its same thing

how i can solve this to make it work and give me publishing complete for tag
