Set Up Laravel Framework within MAMP on MAC

Hi I experience some issues regarding setting up the Laravel within my MAMP in My Mac. After setting up, it prompted up a Laravel home page which i assume the framework has been successfully installed. However, I am not able to use project which i cloned from the github. Is anyone has any idea of what is going on. I will attach 2 photos to explicitly present the issues.
