Laravel Passport's Auth token keep changing in AWS

I'm using AWS as my laravel project deployment server.

I implement Passport package to my laravel project, also it works fine in my local.

But on AWS, my access token were keep changing.

I can't use access token from AWS, because every request generate new tokens.

How to stop creating new tokens on every API call ?

Also the expiry time won't be live date.

It's somewhere around 1970.

How to solve this ?
