AWS Linux : The "SCRAM-SHA-1" authentication mechanism requires libmongoc built with --enable-ssl

Using Laravel 5.4 and Mongodb 3.6, getting error message called The "SCRAM-SHA-1" authentication mechanism requires libmongoc built with --enable-ssl its first time i am getting in AWS linux, I think it may case because of mongodb version 3.6, jenssegers/mongodb suggested mongodb version is 3.2 for laravel 5.4. is this correct? , Can I rectify this issue without downgrade?

Installed LAMP [ php70, apach24 ] :

Installed Mongodb [ 3.6 ] :

Installed php-mongodb driver for php7:

sudo yum -y install php7-pear php70-devel gcc
sudo pecl7 install mongodb // will it install mongodb again? or just driver?
