Laravel:failed to Error Failed to load PDF document

I have this code that print data to the pdf

 header('Content-Type: application/pdf');
    header('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename = AllRequests.pdf');

    echo $reqPdf;

but it give me this error failed to load PDF document please assist
