How should I convert the processing using DBs that I use repeatedly into external files?

How should I convert the processing using DB that I use repeatedly into external files? Please let me know how Laravel has been decided.

I have three options.

1. I turn common processing into service. Should I create a service container and service provider?

2. I write my pains in Model. However, the source code of OSS I saw was only described in Relation in Model.

3. I make class files where I want.
