how to send a collection or array to Notification facade

I have a collection as:

$users = 
collect([ (object) [ 'name' => 'user1', 'email' => 'user1@gmail.com' ], 
          (object) [ 'name' => 'user2', 'email' => 'user2@gmail.com' ] 
]);

can you help me for: how send a collection to Notification Facade for send email to them?
