how to set up multi-language URL routing in laravel

I am participating in a project of internationalization of a system in laravel, but I still have little knowledge of the framework. I managed by following the documentation to do the normal system translation, but I needed the initials of language to appear in the url to improve SEO, for example site.com/en/contact or site.com/en/contact/email. But I can't configure the routes part to solve this problem. Below is an image of some parts of the code and how the application's routes are structured.
