Is it possible in laravel 5.5 put protected $guarded = []; to put in controller but not in model? [closed]

I'm using mass-assignment dynamically in controller.

 $mod = 'App\\'.$modelName;
 foreach ($request->fields as $key => $value) {
     $mod::create($value);
 }
