Retrieve data Laravel

Morning everyone. I have 3 tables: -chretiens -id -nom -postes -id -nom -departements -id -nom A member of table chretiens can have many postes. A poste can belong to many departements. How can i retrieve the data please? For example: John Doo, guitariste, Worship Group John Doo, pianiste, Chorale
