HRM Laravel 7 Installation

I am trying to install this HRM but it does not work, I have always an error when I am using installation.( When I am trying to open Public folder ). I tried different versions of PHP. I use Easy PHP. If some would give me an advice or help me, I would appreciate it a lot.
