Laravel error "The scheme `javascript` isn't valid. It should be either `http` or `https"

I just cloned my company project repository with Laravel and then I intalled the dependencies with composer install but when I try to load a page I et the following error message:

"The scheme `javascript` isn't valid. It should be either `http` or `https`. (View: C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyPHP-Devserver-17\eds-www\gestion\resources\views\layouts\app.blade.php) (View: C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyPHP-Devserver-17\eds-www\gestion\resources\views\layouts\app.blade.php)

It seems to be failing just on my computer and I'm not finding very answers on this error message on the internet.

This project it's made with Laravel 5.7 and my php version it's 7.X.
