How to add multiple data from a dropdown list with an input type to the database in Laravel

I am working on a project that revolves around job recruitment. In my Job Posting view, where I can add new jobs, I have to specify the pay type of the job whether it is "Daily 'or "Weekly". Supposed I have a dropdown list to display the options, I want that when I click the "Daily" option, below the dropdown will be an Input type to specify the Start Date and End Date and a radio button for the Days.

My question will be, how am I going to add the values to the database on one table, each on a different row depending on how many days from the Start Date to the End Date?
