Refresh an angular component without the previous cache in browser

I want to refresh my angular component after an api call with removing the previous cache in the browser. e.g:-when I delete an item from an api call, I want to display the current items from an api call. But after that last api call it again display the previous items in the browser. API call is a success on according to the Postman. Can somebody pls help me about this.
